For more than ten years, Jörn Trierweiler, as founder and managing partner of VTR, has focused on supporting companies in periods of upheaval. In his role as CRO, he temporarily assumes responsible leadership tasks within the company and coordinates communication with stakeholders.

Kevin Walser
Director Finance & Operations

As a sub-project manager in client projects, Kevin Walser supports with extensive analyses, modeling, and process optimizations in controlling and finance. He also acts as commercial managing director in client mandates to ensure the smooth continuation of business operations.

Senior Legal Counsel
The solution lies in the details – always with an analytical eye.
Marie-Agnes Brandweiner is responsible for VTR’s legal department, specializing in corporate law, labor law, and contract law.
For clients, she acts as the interface to external law firms and coordinates cooperation cost-effectively. Her core tasks include the legal analysis of facts and secure documentation.

Meica Lüchow coordinates the numerous service providers across our three locations with a cool head, ensures smooth office operations, and the successful organization of meetings and events.
