Personal Data
By applying for a job advertisement from VTR on this website and submitting your data, you provide VTR with your personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that this data is correct and truthful.
By submitting your application, you agree that your data may be used for recruitment purposes. We will use your data only for processing your application and will, of course, treat your data confidentially in accordance with the applicable Austrian data protection regulations.
Only employees/persons authorized by us and involved in the job advertisement, all of whom are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data, have access to your data. Furthermore, your data will, of course, not be passed on to any other third parties.
The data is processed for the purpose of correspondence with you and for processing your application.
The processing of your data is necessary for processing your application in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation – VO 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”; pre-contractual relationship). Furthermore, your data may be processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the purposes stated in the respective consent.
Storage and Deletion: Data will only be stored in a personalized form for as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. For the purpose of processing your application, VTR stores your personal data for a maximum of 7 months after the end of your application process (rejection of your application), unless further retention is required in the specific case or you consent to longer retention.
Granted data protection consents can be revoked by you at any time and free of charge with effect for the future.

For ongoing system monitoring and ensuring smooth operation, our hosting provider INFOTECH EDV-Systeme GmbH stores the following data each time our websites are accessed:

- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you accessed the page

- Operating system used
- IP address of the connection owner used
